The Subject Of The Order Is Additional Equipment For The Profession Of Motor Vehicle Mechanic And Driver - Mechanic - 1St Level Vocational School And Motor Vehicle Technician As Part Of The Project Entitled: Graduate Of Zs No. 2 In Wieluń - New Skills In Transformation, Co-Financed By The European Fund For Just Transition Under The European Funds For Łódź Regional Program 2021-2027, Contract No. Feld.09.02-Iz.00-0004/24-002. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz, And In Annex No. 6, I.E. The Contract Template.3. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Wieluń At Ul. Traugutta 12. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using His Own Transport, At His Own Expense And At His Own Risk. The Order Includes Delivery To Rooms Located Inside The Building.4. The Ordering Party Requires At Least 24-Month Quality Warranty For The Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. 5. The Contractor Is Required To Provide A Warranty For The Purchased Aids In Accordance With The Manufacturers Terms And Conditions, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order And Issuance Of The Warranty Documents. The Warranty Period Is Required To Be Equal To The Warranty Period.
