In Particular, The Service Consists Of: 1) Providing At The Conference: A) Coffee Service With A Sandwich Buffet; B) Expert Staff To Conduct Lectures; C) Training Materials During The Conference; D) Event Coordinator From The Contractors Side; E) Preparation Of An Evaluation Report; 2) Providing During Five One-Day Study Trips: A) Transport Services; B) Insurance Services; C) Visits To Educational Pens; D) Provision Of Food (Lunchbox Sets With Provisions); E) Event Coordinator From The Contractors Side; F) Preparation Of An Evaluation Report.2. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Requires Employment By The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Within The Meaning Of The Act Of June 26, 1974. - Labor Code, The Person Supervising The Implementation Of The Contract And Coordinating The Conference And Study Trips Indicated In §3 Section 5 Point 2) Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Indicated Activities Will Last Practically Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.
