The Current Assignment Concerns A Republication Of A Previous Procurement Procedure That Was Stopped Without Award, As The Tenders Submitted Significantly Exceeded The Available Budgetary Resources. With A View To Better Coordination Between Market Reality And Available Credits, The Scope Of The Assignment Was Revised To A Limited Extent. The Aim Of These Adjustments Is To Make The Assignment Financially Feasible, Without Compromising The Essential Functional And Qualitative Requirements. The Amended Items And Modified Parts Of The Contract Were Clearly Indicated In The Specifications (In Particular By Means Of Marking In Red), So That Tenderers Can Take Note Of The Changes Made Compared To The Previous Version Of The Contract In A Transparent Manner. Tenderers Are Requested To Take This Adjusted Scope Into Account When Preparing Their Quotation.
