The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Find A Service Provider For Conducting A Business And System Analysis Of The Ministry Of Cultures Future Adaptation Program Database (Kopa). During The Procurement, The Business Processes, Functional And Non-Functional Requirements, Data Composition, Data Flows And Interface Needs Of The New Database Will Be Mapped, As Well As The Architecture And Technical Solution Of The Information System Will Be Described. The Purpose Of The Analysis Is To Create A Clear Basis For Designing The Architecture, Business Processes, Data Model And Legal Framework Of The Future Solution, Taking Into Account The Possibilities Of Reusing Existing Solutions. The Analysis Includes Addressing Data Protection And Legal Aspects And Preparing A Data Protection Impact Assessment (Dpia). As A Result Of The Work, A Comprehensive Analysis Is Completed, Which Includes Input For The Preparation Of The Development Procurement, An Estimate Of The Development And Administration Costs Of The System, And Proposals For The Design Of The Legal Regulation Of The Database. The Term Of Execution Of The Procurement Contract Is Up To 6 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract.
