The City Of Vantaa Tenders The Gas Springs Needed As Spare Parts For The Folding Beds Used In Daycare Centers For The Property Maintenance Needs Of Vantaan Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy (Hereinafter Also The Client) In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Attachments. The Gas Springs Are Part Of The Opening And Closing Mechanism Of The Folding Beds, And Their Task Is To Ensure Controlled, Smooth And Safe Operation Of The Bed. The Purchase Will Supplement The Maintenance Warehouses And Enable The Immediate Replacement Of Gas Springs That Have Weakened Their Functionality, So That The Safe Operation Of The Cabinet Beds Is Maintained In All Normal Situations Of Use In The Kindergarten Environment. The Maintenance Work On The Wardrobe Bed Is Carried Out By The Customers Personnel Trained In The Task. The Procurement Includes Gas Springs That Meet The Requirements In Terms Of Technical Characteristics And Are Compatible With Each Other, As Well As Suitable Spring Ends. The Dimensions, Functional Properties And Load Resistance Of The Products Must Correspond To The Structure Of The Beds In Use, So That The Controlled Operation Of The Bed And The Fulfillment Of The Safety Requirements Set For Bed Furniture Are Maintained. The Offered Gas Springs And Related Parts Must Be Made Of Materials Suitable For A Kindergarten Environment, And They Must Not Contain Substances Harmful To Health Or The Environment. The Contract Period Is For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years, And The Customer Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract For Two (2) One (1) Year Option Periods. It Is A Framework Arrangement, For Which A Maximum Of Two (2) Framework Contract Suppliers Are Selected Based On A Comparison Of Bids In Order Of Preference. The Terms Of The Framework Arrangement Are Described In More Detail In The Draft Contract Attached To The Request For Tenders (Appendix 2). The Estimated Total Value Of The Procurement Is Approximately Eur 80,000 (Vat 0%) For The Entire Contract Period, Including Options. The Customer Does Not Commit To The Presented Purchase Quantities Or Euro Values ​​During The Contract Period.
