Second Separate Item: Supply Of Flanged T Filters With Top Cover. The Specific Goods Subject To The Contract Are Indicated In The Price Tables In Section B: Prices And Data. Place Of Delivery: Warehouses Of Sofiyska Voda Ad, Located At The Address: Sofia, Military Ramp, Iliyantsi Blvd. No. 17. According To The Instructions Of The Contracting Authority, The Supplier Delivers To Other Sites On The Territory Of The City Of Sofia. Delivery Term: The Supplier Delivers Any Goods Subject To The Contract Described In The Price Tables In Section B: Prices And Data From The Participation Documentation Within: First Specific Position: Up To 5 (Five) Working Days. Second Dedicated Position: Up To 45 (Forty-Five) Working Days. The Supplier Delivers The Ordered Goods, Subject Of The Contract, According To Prices And Other Requirements Agreed In The Contract. The Supplier Undertakes, Upon Making Each Delivery, To Present The Documents, According To Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of February 5, 2015 On The Conditions And Procedures For Placing Construction Products In The Construction Sites Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Goods Are Delivered With Instructions For Use In Bulgarian. Also, When Making Each Delivery, The Supplier Is Obliged To Submit All Other Applicable Documents Required In Accordance With The Legislation In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria. Without Providing These Documents, The Employer Has The Right To Refuse Acceptance Of The Goods Or To Delay Or Refuse Payment To The Supplier Until Receipt Of The Above-Mentioned Documents. The Contracting Authority Orders The Required Amount Of Goods From The Supplier By Means Of An Order Sent By The Contracting Authority Electronically Under The Conditions And In Accordance With The Law On Electronic Documents And Electronic Signatures Or By A Combination Of These Means, And Accepts Them With An Acceptance And Handover Protocol Signed Without Objections If The Goods Comply With The Requirements Of The Contract. In Case Of Non-Compliance Of The Delivered Goods With The Requirements Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Signs A Statement Of Findings With Objections Without Accepting The Goods. The Date On Which The Supplier Replaces The Goods Not Accepted Under The Previous Article With Those That Meet The Requirements Of The Contract, Will Be Considered The Date Of Delivery Of The Ordered Goods. In The Event That This Date Is After The Maximum Term For Delivery Of The Ordered Goods (Considered From The Date Of The Order), The Supplier Owes A Penalty For Delay Under Item 1.1 Of Section C.
