The Activities, The Subject Of The Order, Are Expressed In The Supply Of Net Amounts Of Active Electrical Energy (Medium/Low Voltage) And The Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of Plovdiv University Paisiy Hilendarski For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months. The Delivery Is Carried Out At The Sites Of The Contracting Authority, Described In Detail In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Is Determined Based On The Amounts Consumed For The Previous 12 (Twelve) Months For All Sites Of The Contracting Authority. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are In Accordance With The Draft Contract, The Technical Specification, The Technical And Price Proposal Of The Contractor, As Well As In Accordance With The Current Legislation And Established Rules In The Field Of Energy.
