The Current Project Is The Reconstruction Of Sidewalks On Zheleznichar Street In The Town Of Dragoman, Dragoman Municipality. The Goal Of The Project Is To Restore The Pavement On The Street In Order To Ensure Conditions For Traffic Safety. The Project Was Developed With Technical Elements Corresponding To The Design Norms According To Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-2 Of December 20, 2017 On Planning And Design Of The Communication And Transport System Of Urbanized Territories (Official State Gazette, No. 7 Of January 19, 2018), And The Current Specifications, Under The Condition Of Maximum Adherence To The Existing Position And Width Of The Pavements. At The Time Of The Opening Of The Procedure For The Award Of The Public Procurement, No Funding Has Been Secured And According To Art. 114 Of The Civil Procedure Code, Implementation Will Begin After Securing Funding From The Contracting Authority, Of Which The Contracting Authority Will Notify The Contractor In Writing. Implementation Begins After Confirmation By The Contracting Authority Of Secured Financing And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee. In Case Of Non-Presentation Of The Performance Guarantee Within The Term Specified By The Contracting Authority, Without The Presence Of Objective Reasons, The Contracting Authority Terminates The Contract. When, After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, Either Party May Request Its Termination Without Notice. When, After The Expiration Of 10 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, The Contract Is Considered Terminated. The Terms And Method Of Payment Are Regulated In The Draft Contract For This Public Procurement.
