The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Activity I. Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For Relevant Parts, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And The Current Sub-Normative Regulation, Specified In The Technical Specification Attached To This Documentation. Activity Ii. Implementation Of The Smr On The Basis Of The Developed And Approved Investment Project, In Compliance With The Requirements Of All Laws, Rules, Regulations In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria At The Moment, Regarding The Implementation Of Objects And Works Of Such A Nature, According To The Technical Specifications. Activity Iii. Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction Within The Scope According To Art. 162 Of The Zut. The Full Description, Scope, As Well As The Conditions And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Engineering Activities Included In The Subject Of The Award Are Detailed In The Present Guidelines, The Technical Specification (Design Task) And The Rest Of The Set Of Documents That Make Up The Overall Documentation For The Procedure. The Main Objective Set By The Contracting Authority For Implementation By Awarding The Activities From The Scope Of The Ongoing Public Procurement Is To Select An Independent Contractor, Possessing Professional Qualifications, Practical Experience And Expert Resources Both In The Implementation Of Design Activities And Subsequent Exercise Of Authors Supervision Of The Relevant Project Part, And In The Construction And/Or Reconstruction And/Or Rehabilitation And/Or Remodeling Of Objects, Including Expertise In Construction, To Whom The Implementation Of The Engineering Activities, Subject Of The Present Assignment. The Intended End Result Of The Execution Of The Public Procurement In The Full Scope Of The Complex Of Activities Assigned Within Its Scope (Investment Design, Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works And Exercise Of Author Supervision) Is The Final Result Aimed At By The Contracting Authority, Is To Facilitate The Creation Of The Necessary Optimal Conditions For Work And Training In The Educational Institution. The Multiplier Effect Of The Qualitative, Accurate And Timely Implementation Of The Activities From The Scope Of Assignment Will Be Expressed In The Achievement Of Functional Integrity Of The Intervention As A Complex Of Integrated Measures To Ensure Energy Efficiency And A Normal Environment For Work And Training.
