The Action Responds To The Need To Improve And Modernize The Current Municipal Sports Facilities, In Order To Provide The Neighborhood Of Sant Pere And Sant Pau With A Complex That Offers All The Comprehensive Sports Services That The Rest Of The Municipal Sports Facilities In Tarragona Have, All In Compliance With The Municipal Competences Related To Promoting Sports And Facilities Municipal Sports Established In The Lbrl And In Accordance With The Statutory Competencies Of The Pmet.
