Architectural And Related Services – Project Management For The Restoration Operation Of The Saint Martin Collegiate Church In The Town Of Montmorency. The Project Management Missions Concern The Restoration Of The Collegiate Church Of Saint-Martin, A Building Classified As A Historic Monument. Given The Nature Of The Building Subject To This Contract, The Following Project Management Teams Are Eligible To Participate: - The Chief Architects Of Historic Monuments, Within The Meaning Of Decree No. 2007-1405 Of September 28, 2007; - Architects Holding A Specialization And In-Depth Diploma With The Mention “Architecture And Heritage”, Demonstrating Regular Professional Activity In The Field Of Restoration Of Old Buildings During The Ten Years Preceding The Publication Of The Notice Of Public Call For Competition Relating To This Contract. The Contract Was Awarded In Accordance With The Provisions Relating To The Open Call For Tenders Provided For In Articles R.2161-2 To 5 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Work To Which The Project Management Mission Relates Belongs To The “Reuse Or Rehabilitation Of Building Work” Category. The Operation Involves Heritage Restoration Work Aimed At Ensuring The Structural Sustainability Of The Building, The Conservation Of Historic Materials And The Architectural And Cultural Enhancement Of The Monument, In Compliance With The Rules Applicable To Listed Buildings. The Project Is Organized Into Work Phases: 1 Firm Phase And 4 Optional Phases. The Project Management Carries Out The Studies For All The Sections. The Project Management Mission Includes The Following Mission Elements: For All Tranches, The Project Manager Carries Out The Following Missions: • Final Preliminary Project Studies – Apd • Creation Of Subsidy Application Files • Project Studies – Pro/Dce For Each Confirmed Tranche, The Project Manager Carries Out The Following Missions: • Assistance In The Award Of Works Contracts – Act • Visa – Visa • Direction Of Execution Of Works Contracts – Det • Operations Assistance Reception – Aor The Project Manager Prepares The Subsidy Application Files And Transmits Them To The Project Owner, Who Ensures Their Submission. The Works Contracts Are Then Awarded In Firm Installments And Optional Installments. Strengthening The Tranches Depends On Priorities And Funding Obtained. The Project Owner Reserves The Right Not To Strengthen One Or More Optional Installments, Without Compensation To The Holder. The Validity Period For Offers Is Set At 150 Days From The Deadline For Receipt Of Offers. This Contract Takes Effect From Its Notification Date For A Period Extending Until The End Of The Year Of Perfect Completion Of The Work For The Operation Concerned. The Estimated Overall Duration Of Execution Of The Project Management Contract Is 24 Months. The Services Will Be Financed According To The Following Methods: City Budget, Possible Subsidies.
