Grodzka 41 - Śródmieście Registration Precinct. 2. Subject To The Provisions Of The Swz, The Materials And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order Are Fully Secured By The Contractor. When Performing The Order, The Contractor Is Entitled To Use Materials Or Devices From Any Manufacturer, Provided That They Meet The Requirements And Have Technical, Quality, Functional And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Documentation Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. Grodzka 41, Śródmieście District. Based On The Above-Mentioned Construction Design, The Employer And The Municipality Of Krosno Obtained An Amended Building Permit No. 198/2024, Ref. No. Pb.6740.1.208.2024.U Of November 15, 2024. The Construction Design On The Basis Of Which The Above-Mentioned Amended Building Permit Was Obtained Was Prepared In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Law.
