The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection And Management Of Waste With Codes: • 20 01 28 (Paints, Inks, Printing Inks, Glues, Binders And Resins Other Than Those Mentioned In 20 01 27), • 20 01 27* (Paints, Inks, Printing Inks, Glues, Binders And Resins Containing Hazardous Substances) In A Way That Ensures The Transfer Of Responsibility For Management Waste To The Next Waste Holder. 2. The Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Managed Under The Basic Order Is Up To 40 Mg (Applies To Waste Code 20 01 28). 3. The Ordering Party Has No Influence On The Stream Of Accepted Waste Due To The Very High Variability Of This Stream And Therefore (In The Event Of An Increase In The Stream Of Waste With The Above Codes And There Is A Need For Continuation Of The Service), The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option In Whole Or In Part, At One Time Or In Several Parts. An Option Is Envisaged To Increase The Amount Of Rainfall Intended For Collection And Management: A. Up To 35 Mg - Waste With Code 20 01 28 And B. Up To 5 Mg - Waste With Code 20 01 27*. 4. The Ordering Party Will Exercise The Option Right If There Is A Need For Further Implementation Of The Above. Services. 5. Taking The Above Into Account, The Total Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Processed Is Up To 80 Mg, Including: 40 Mg Of Waste Code 20 01 28 Under The Basic Order And Up To 40 Mg Under The Option, Including: 35 Mg Of Waste Code 20 01 28 And 5 Mg Of Waste Code 20 01 27*. 6. The Contractor Will Collect The Above-Mentioned Waste From The Ordering Party From The Installation: Municipal Waste Disposal Plant, Ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 7. Due To The Subject Matter, The Order Must Be Completed, In Particular In Accordance With The Following. Regulations: 1) Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste; 2) Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law; 3) Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Other Acts And Regulations Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract. 8. Due To The Fact That The Ordering Party Has No Influence And Is Not Responsible For The Amounts Of Waste Sent To Its Installations And Their Quality, They Are Not Guaranteed By The Ordering Party. 9. For Settlements Between The Parties, The Amount Of Waste Collected Will Be Determined According To The Measurement On The Ordering Partys Electronic Vehicle Scale. 10. The Transfer Of Waste Will Be Confirmed By A Waste Transfer Card - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 11. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Cooperation Are Described In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Entitled Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
