Support To Inventory Improvements As Required By Eu Legislation, Particularly Related To Land Use, Land-Use Change, And Forestry (Lulucf). Preparation Of Assessment Materials Based On The Data, And Support For Submissions To The Unfccc. In Addition To Supporting Ghg Inventory Reporting, Similar Support Is Also Required For Inventory Reporting Under The Necd And Lrtap Convention, And It Is Proposed To Also Procure This Support Through The Same Framework Contract.
