The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Meals For Students And The Management Of A Canteen At The Primary School No. 340. Professor Bogusław Molski. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Meals Will Be Prepared In Kitchens Run By The Contractor Located: 1) In Building A (Entrance At Ul. Bażantarni) At Ul. Lokajskiego 3 In (02-793) Warsaw; And 2) In Building B (Entrance At Ul. Belgradzka) At Ul. Lokajskiego 3 In (02-793) Warsaw; - Which Will Be Rented By The Contractor On The Basis Of A Lease Agreement, The Proposed Provisions Of Which Are Included In Annex No. 2B To The Swz. Apart From The Exception Described In Section 16 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 2A To The Swz, Will Be Obliged To Prepare Meals Only In The Kitchens Indicated Above, Provided That Individual Meals Will Be Prepared Only In The Building Where They Will Be Served To Kindergarten Or Primary School Students Or The Ordering Partys Employees. 4. In This Order, The Ordering Party Applies The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Who Perform The Following Activities During The Execution Of The Order: 1) Preparing And Cooking Meals; 2) Serving Meals; 3) Preparing A Menu; - Except For The Situation In Which The Above-Mentioned Activities Are Performed By The Contractor Who Is A Natural Person Running A Business. 5. Pursuant To Order No. 1302/2017 Of The President Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Warsaw Of August 3, 2017 On Determining The Conditions For Using Canteens In Kindergartens And Schools In The Capital City. Warsaw And Authorizing School And Kindergarten Directors To Exempt From Fees For Meals: 1) The Total Fee For Boiler Feed In The Kindergarten Section Of A Primary School Cannot Be Higher Than Pln 17 Gross; 2) The Total Fee For Boiler Input In Primary Schools Cannot Exceed Pln 15 Gross.
