Repair And Maintenance Services Of Security And Defense Materials – Maintenance In Operational Condition Of The Astrolabe Polar Patroller And Associated Services (Pp27). The Contract Concerns The Maintenance In Operational Condition Of The Polar Patrol Vessel The Astrolabe With The Port Des Galets Naval Base On The Island Of Reunion As Its Home Port. The Services Provided For Under This Draft Framework Agreement Must Enable The Operational Missions Of The Pp To Be Carried Out (Approximately 280 Days At Sea Per Year). The Main Mco Services Consist Of The Following Elements: - Major And Intermediate Maintenance, Including Carrying Out Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Tasks, Maintaining Class And Carrying Out Modifications; - Interventions On Damage (Expertise And/Or Repair); - Site Services; - The Supply Of Spares (Ra/Rna Lot Recompletion, Ebl) And The Repair Of Spares (Rp2 Spares Within The Limit Of Thresholds On The Value Of Spares To Be Defined In The Ccap), As Well As The Associated Logistical Support; - Overall Industrial Project Management Services; - Maintenance Engineering Services (Configuration Management, Obsolescence, Developments); - Maintaining A Safe Condition; - Regulatory Monitoring. - Fixed-Rate Developments The Number Of Technical Shutdowns Is A Minimum Of 3 And A Maximum Of 5. The Framework Agreement Will Include A Tranche Bringing Together Purchase Orders And Orders For Contingencies, A Tranche Whose Maximum Estimated Amount Is 38% Of The Sum Of The Firm Services Of The Firm And Optional Tranches. The Amount Of Orders For Technical Contingencies May Not, However, Exceed 15% Of The Total Amount Of The Initial Framework Agreement.
