The Provision Of Residential Social Services With Accommodation Granted Under The Cabr Regime Will Be Carried Out For A Maximum Number Of 8 Adults With Disabilities For Whom Admission Has Been Ordered By The Alba Commission For The Evaluation Of Adults With Disabilities And Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 2, Art. 5 And Art. 17 Of Gd No. 430/2008 For The Approval Of The Methodology Regarding The Organization And Operation Of The Evaluation Commission For Adults With Disabilities. The 8 Adults With Disabilities Will Benefit From Services In Accordance With The Provisions Of Mmftss Order No. 507/2026, Annex 1, In A Location Made Available By The Social Service Provider. Dgaspc Alba Contracts Care, Counseling, Integration, Recovery, Empowerment And Rehabilitation Activities For A Maximum Number Of 8 Adults With Disabilities Residing In Alba County. The Organizational Structure, Number Of Positions And Staff Categories Must Be Approved According To The Decision Of The Management Bodies Of The Private Provider Of Social Services, As Provided For In Hg 867/2015 And Order 507/2026, Regarding The Approval Of Specific Mandatory Minimum Quality Standards For Social Services Intended For Adults With Disabilities.
