The Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Recklinghausen Mbh (Ser), As A Wholly Owned Subsidiary Of The City Of Recklinghausen, Has Been Commissioned By The City To Implement The Hillerheide Integrated District Development Concept (Isek Hillerheide) And To Implement All Of The Necessary Measures In This Context. The Isek Hillerheide, Which Was Developed In 2015 On Behalf Of The City Of Recklinghausen And Approved By The Council, Defines The Following Five Lead Projects For The Development Of The Hillerheide District: 1. Future Concept For The Former Trotting Track 2. Urban Development Integration Of Blitzkuhlenstrasse 3. Attractive Center Gertrudisplatz 4. District Life - Supplementing And Networking What Already Exists 5. Energy-Efficient District Renovation As Part Of The Implementation Of The Urban Development Concept (Lead Project 1) Living On The Water On The Approx. 34 Hectare Site Of The Former Trotting Track, The Heidesee Construction Project Has Been Implemented There Since Mid-2025. In Order To Continue To Implement This Construction Project Smoothly, Various Subsoil Reports Will Be Required.
