Medical Expertise Services - For The Granting And Review Of Benefits Due To Permanent Inability To Work, As Provided For In Article 46 Of Law 993/2011, And The Issuance Of The Detailed Expert Report Will Occur Within A Maximum Period Of 30 (Thirty) Days, Counting From The Date Of The Inspection, Signed By All Members Of The Medical Board, Specifying The Cause Of The Disability According To The Icd (International Disease Code), In Addition To The Description Of The Patients Health Status On The Date Of The Examination. This Report Must Mention Whether The Disease Is Included In The List Of Serious Illnesses, Whether It Resulted From An Accident On Duty Or Whether It Is A Professional Illness, As Provided For In Article 42 Of Law 993/2011., Assessment Of Disabled Dependents Must Be Carried Out Through A Biopsychosocial Assessment Carried Out By A Multidisciplinary And Interdisciplinary Team, As Per § 5 Of Article 23 Of The Constitutional Amendment 103/2019, It Must Be Carried Out By At Least Two Professionals, One From Social Services And A Psychologist. A Report Will Be Issued For The Assessment To Prove The Degree Of Dependence, Analysis Of The Type Of Disability, Whether Intellectual, Mental Or Severe, And Definition Of The Period Of Dependence, Whether For A Determined Or Indefinite Period., Medical Assistant Service For Judicial Expertise - Participation Of A Medical Board Professional To Act As A Technical Assistant In Legal Proceedings, In Cases Of Requesting Benefits From Permanent Inability To Work. The Doctor Will Be Required To Accompany The Judicial Expertise, On A Date, Place And Time Established By The Judiciary.
