The Quality Of The Product Must Be Proven By A Report Issued By An Accredited Laboratory Or Recognized Certification, Such As That Of The Brazilian Coffee Industry Association Or Equivalent. The Product Must Be Packed In Vacuum Packaging, Containing 500 G, With A Minimum Shelf Life Of 12 Months From The Delivery Date. It Must Comply With Applicable Health Standards, Including Rdc No. 716/2022, Rdc No. 724/2022 And Rdc No. 727/2022, In Addition To Current Complementary Legislation. Refined Sugar, Obtained From Sugar Cane, With A Characteristic Appearance, Color, Odor And Flavor, Containing Minimum Sucrose Content Of 99% (W/W) And Maximum Moisture Of 0.3% (W/W), In Accordance With Usual Technical Standards. The Product Must Be Free From Fermentation, Dirt, Parasites, Larvae, Earthy Matter And Debris Of Animal Or Vegetable Origin, Meeting The Limits Established By Current Legislation.
