Expression of Interest for Greenhouse Gas and Air Pollutant Inventories. Description: Support for preparing, quality checking and compiling the annual greenhouse gas inventory and the annual dataset of approximated greenhouse gas emissions as foreseen in the Regulation of Governance of the Energy Union and Climate Action. Support to inventory improvements as required by EU legislation, particularly related to Land Use, Land-Use Change, and Forestry (LULUCF). Preparation of assessment materials based on the data, and support for submissions to the UNFCCC. In addition to supporting GHG inventory reporting, similar support is also required for inventory reporting under the NECD and LRTAP Convention, and it is proposed to also procure this support through the same framework contract.
