Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for the Refurbishment and Upgrading of the New Port Security (NPS) Building Pre-Proposal Meeting Bidders or their designated representatives are invited to attend a Pre-Proposal Meeting on Friday 05 June 2026 at 10.30 hours. The meeting place is the Conference Room of the Mauritius Ports Authority at Ground Floor, H. Ramnarain Building, Mer Rouge, Port Louis. Submission of Proposals Proposals (Technical & Financial in two separate sealed envelopes) shall be placed into an outer sealed envelope clearly marked Contract MPA 717/2026 Consultancy Services for the Refurbishment and Upgrading of the New Port Security (NPS) Building, and should be addressed to the Director General, Mauritius Ports Authority, 1st Floor, H. Ramnarain Building, Mer Rouge, Port Louis. Deadline for the Submission of Proposals Proposals should be either deposited in the Bid Box located in the Chief Officers Office, Mauritius Ports Authority, 1st floor, H. Ramnarain Building, Mer Rouge, Port Louis or submitted by registered post or courier so as to reach the Mauritius Ports Authority on or before Thursday 02 July 2026 up to 14.00 hours at latest.
