Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Medical Oxygen Plant (55 or More Jumbo Cylinders Per Day) at Rdhs Kalmunai Region to Enhance Medical Oxygen Gas Supply Infrastructure for Patient Care. A. Complete set of Bidding Documents (except Volume 1 A) in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Secretary, Ministry of Health, Indigenous Medicine, Probation & Childcare, Social Welfare and Women Affairs, Eastern Province from 14.05.2026 until 08.06.2026 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs during a working day upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 35,000.00. The method of payment will be by cash payment or bank deposit. The details of the bank account as follows. All bids shall be accompanied by a "Bid Security" of Sri Lanka Rupees LKR 2,800,000.00 obtained from a bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, in the form of an unconditional and on demand bond and shall be valid up to 119 Days from closing date of the bids. Beneficiary of the Bid Security shall be the Secretary, Ministry of Health, Indigenous Medicine, Probation & Childcare, Social Welfare and Women Affairs, Eastern Province, Inner Harbour Road, Trincomalee.
