Those wishing to apply for this tender must meet the following conditions: The applicant must be officially registered with the official and tax authorities in the State of Lebanon and be able to provide a commercial registration certificate along with all the required official documents. The applicant must be registered with the official authorities. The tender documents include the invitation to tender, general and special conditions, legal conditions, specifications, and bills of quantities, all of which must be stamped and signed. The winning bidder shall make the supply in coordination with the Palestine Childrens Relief Society and the beneficiary parties, provided that loading, unloading, installation (and storage if necessary) is at the suppliers expense. The applicant must submit his bid according to the requirements of the tender documents only, so that it is placed inside a sealed envelope and written on it the name and number of the tender and the name of the company submitting the bid. He must also submit 2 paper copies + a scanned copy on CD. The bid opening committee is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any other bids, and is not required to give reasons for this.
