1. Subject Of The Order.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery, On The Terms Specified In The Contract, Of 1 Piece Of A Brand New, Multi-Functional Vehicle In A Sweeper Configuration, Used For Comprehensive Cleaning, Winter Maintenance (For Year-Round Operation) And Transport Of Municipal Waste, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order.1.2. The Vehicle Should Be Able To Connect Equipment Such As: Snow Plow, Sand Spreader, High-Pressure Washer, Brush For Removing Weeds From Sidewalks.1.3. Detailed Required Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex 1 To The Specification.1.4. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Technical Conditions Required For A Low-Speed Vehicle In Road Traffic On Public Roads Of The Republic Of Poland.1.5. On The Day Of Handing Over The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide Training (Instruction For Operators) In The Operation Of The Vehicle For A Maximum Of 6 People.2. Delivery Terms.2.1. The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver The Subject Of The Order Once Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.2.2. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Preparation Of The Delivery By Phone Or E-Mail, No Later Than One Business Day Before The Required Delivery Date.2.3. Place Of Delivery - Parking Lot/Plant Area Of ​​The Wieliczka Salt Mine S.A., 32-020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1.2.4. Delivery Hours Are Set On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M..2.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Within His Own Scope.2.6. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Meet All Technical And Operational Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex 1 To The Specification.2.7. The Following Documents Should Be Attached To The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Ce Declaration Of Conformity, 2) Warranty Document (The Warranty Period Cannot Be Shorter Than 24 Months), 3) Proof Of Delivery Of The Goods Outside The Wz Or A Vat Invoice. 4) User Manual In Polish. 3.
