Warszawska 24 In Krakowthe Subject Of The Order Includes The Design And Implementation Of A System For Draining Rainwater And Meltwater From The Area Of The L1 Building, In Particular From: - The Roof - Ramps To The Underground Floors, - Hardened Surfaces, - Areas Adjacent To The Building, - Linear And Point Drainage, - Inlet And Inspection Wells, - New Sections Of The Rainwater Drainage System. The Aim Of The Task Is: - Elimination Phenomena Of Flooding Of Underground Rooms, - Ensuring Gravitational Or Forced Drainage Of Rainwater, - Ensuring Safe And Reliable Operation Of The Drainage System, - Adapting The System To Current And Forecast Rainfall Intensities In Accordance With Applicable Standards. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Containing: Functional And Utility Program With Annexes. The Terms Of The Order Execution Are Also Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Note: On The Day Of Concluding The Contract At The Latest, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Ordering Party With A Table Of Settlement Elements. The Parties Agree That The Table Of Settlement Elements Will Be Used In Particular For The Purposes Of Determining The Value Of Abandoned Construction Works, Determining The Value Of Necessary Additional Works, Determining The Value Of Additional Construction Works, Determining The Value Of Construction Works Properly Performed By The Contractor Until The Date Of Withdrawal From The Agreement Or Its Termination By Either Party.
