1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Design And Construction Works In The Design-Build System, Including The Modernization Of The Playground At Primary School No. 43 In Bytom, Ul. Suchogórska 98.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program3. By Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A 60-Month Warranty And Guarantee For The Design Work Performed And Other Documents Developed Under The Subject Of The Contract, For The Construction Works Performed And For The Construction Materials And Equipment Elements Used, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Guarantee Period, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, All Persons Performing Construction Works, Such As: Dismantling Works, General Construction Works, Assembly Works And Other Works Listed In The Bill Of Quantities Prepared By The Contractor, For The Performance Of Which No Authorizations Are Required. Above The Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Above. Works, As Well As Incumbent Members Of The Contractors Management Or Supervisory Bodies, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partnership To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform The Service For The Ordering Party Or The Contractor.
