The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Successive Delivery Of Reagents And Calibrators, Control And Consumable Materials For Biochemical Tests (Hereinafter Referred To As The Assortment), Together With The Lease Of An Analyzer And A Water Purification Station (Hereinafter Referred To As The Analyzer) For The Needs Of The Departments Of The Bytów County Hospital Sp. Z O. O., Ordered By The Laboratory According To The Current Needs Of The Hospital, In The Expected Quantity, Assortment And Absolute Requirements Specified In The Assortment And Price Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Annex No. 2 To The Swz Technical Parameters. During The Term Of The Agreement, The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Order Supplies Worth At Least 50% Of The Entire Estimated Value Of The Agreement.
