1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Installation Of Air Conditioning On The Third Floor In The Building Of The Wielkopolska Provincial Office In Poznań At Ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 24/26 In The “Design And Build” Formula.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Design Part: A) Development Of Conceptual Assumptions; B) Obtaining Approval Of The Concept By The Ordering Party; C) Preparation Of Design Documentation; D) Obtaining The Ordering Partys Approval Of The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor; E) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And On The Basis Of The Granted Power Of Attorney, All Maps (If Obtaining Them Proves Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order), Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task, Along With The Development Of Documents Required To Obtain Them; 2) Implementation Part: Execution Of Construction Works Covered By The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Together With All Arrangements, Conditions, Opinions, Administrative Decisions And Other Documents Specified In Section 1 Letter E;3) Performing Warranty Inspections Of The Air-Conditioning System In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law And Warranty Conditions Specified By The Manufacturer Of The Devices, As Well As Maintenance And Service Of Air-Conditioning Devices, Including Testing The Tightness Of The Freon System At Least Twice A Calendar Year, Before The Start Of The Season And After The End, Or More Often, If Such Recommendations Are Made By The Manufacturer, During The Warranty Period Granted Under The Contract, For The Remuneration Specified In The Offer; The Remuneration Will Not Change Throughout The Entire Contract Period.3. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works And The Method Of Their Implementation Were Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes Annex No. 4 To Swz.4. Building At Ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 24/26 In Poznań Is Located Within The Urban And Architectural Complex Of The City Center Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under No. A 231 By Decision Of March 14, 1980. Therefore, Carrying Out Construction Works And Other Activities Listed In Art. 36 Section 1 Of The Act Of 23 July 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments, Requires Notification To The Competent Provincial Conservator Of Monuments And May Require Obtaining A Permit From The Competent Provincial Conservator Of Monuments.5. The Ordering Party Requires An On-Site Visit To The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) An On-Site Visit Is Required Due To The Specificity Of The Works And Their Proper Valuation; 2) The On-Site Visit Will Take Place Within One Business Day From The Date Of Submission Of The Application By The Contractor. At The Contractors Request, The On-Site Visit May Take Place At A Later Date; 3) On The Day Of Acceptance Of The Application, The Ordering Party Accepts The Application Submit
