1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Transfer (Successive Deliveries) Of Medical Supplies For The Entire Silesian Police Garrison.2. The Ordering Party Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With Five (5) Contractors Whose Offers Meet All The Requirements Of The Swz And The Public Procurement Law And Will Receive The Highest Number Of Points Based On The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In Section Xx Of The Swz.2.1 In The Event That Fewer Offers Are Submitted, But Not Less Than Two (2) Offers That Are Not Subject To Rejection, The Ordering Party Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With All Contractors Who Meet All The Requirements Of The Swz And The Public Procurement Law.2.2 If Less Than Two Offers Are Received That Are Not Subject To Rejection.
