The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Continuation Of The Construction Of The Cemetery Fence And The Construction Of A Fence Along The Remaining Borders Of The Cemetery At Ul. Polish Army On Plot No. 163 And No. 164, Precinct 2 Of The Town Of Bisztynek. The Total Length Of The Planned Fence Is Approximately 311 Meters. - The Scope Includes Sections Marked In The Fup As: D-E-F-G-H-A. The Cemetery Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments And Is Subject To Conservation Protection, Therefore, When Implementing The Investment, The Recommendations Of W-Mwkz, Which Constitute Annex 10 To Swz.3, Should Be Taken Into Account. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) And In The Annexes To The Above-Mentioned. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of: Pfu With Annexes, W-Mwkz Recommendations, Swz With Annexes, Questions And Answers Provided During The Public Procurement Procedure, As Well As Applicable Detailed Regulations And Construction Practice. 5. The Subject Of The Order Covers Only Stage Ii Of The Investment Specified In The Functional And Utility Program. Stage I Is Not The Subject Of These Proceedings.
