Tenders Are Invited For Adaptation Of An Existing Building Intended For Storage Purposes - Stage I

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Adaptation Of An Existing Building In Order To Adapt It To The Function Of A Warehouse, Meeting Current Sanitary, Hygienic, Fire Protection And Construction Requirements, In Accordance With Applicable Law. Construction Works Will Consist In The Construction And Protection Of Floors, Wall Claddings Made Of Materials Approved For Indirect Contact With Food, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Reconstruction Of Partition Walls To Separate Storage Areas And Installation Of Electrical Installations. 2. The Contractor Will Provide No Less Than A 36-Month Warranty And Warranty For Defects For The Completed Construction Work From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Final Subject Of The Order.3. Other Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In This Procedure Is Included In The Documentation Of The Public Procurement Procedure (Public Procurement Documentation Means Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Contract And The Conditions Of Its Implementation, Including In Particular: Swz With All Attachments, Including In Particular: Bill Of Quantities And The Contractors Questions And Answers As Well As The Ordering Partys Modifications). 2) The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of The Public Procurement Documentation, As Well As In Accordance With The Applicable Detailed Provisions And Applicable Law, Including The Warranty And Guarantee Period. The Basis For Preparing An Offer Is The Public Procurement Documentation. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3) The Contractor Will Use Its Own Funds To Purchase And Deliver To The Construction Site All Elements And Materials Necessary To Perform Construction Works, Installations, As Well As Those Intended For The Works Specified In The Public Procurement Documentation. 4) The Elements And Materials Must Be Products Of Appropriate Quality, Brand New, Complete, Unused, Free From Material, Construction And Legal Defects. 5) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Auxiliary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Related Costs, In Particular: A) Securing The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out (Construction Site); B) Tidying Up And Cleaning Up After The Completion Of The Works The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out And Adjacent Rooms And Communication Routes Contaminated As A Result Of The Works.6) Carrying Out All Necessary Tests, Examinations And Inspections.7) The Execution Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular: The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law.4. The Ordering Party Reques
