The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Gok Perła Building In Nowiny. The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction, Installation And Finishing Works Related To The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Existing Swimming Pool Building With A New Pool Slide Tower And A Connector Between The Pool Building And The Tower. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: Demolition Of The Existing Above-Ground Part Of The Slide Tower And The Existing Connector; Earthworks In The Scope Of Widening And Construction Of Newly Designed Foundations; Construction Of A New Above-Ground Part Of The Water Slide Tower, Including The Implementation Of Newly Designed Foundation Works; Dismantling The Building And Securing It For The Duration Of The Works, As Well As Reassembling The Floor Level Between The Existing Building And The New Connection; Swimming Pool Slide Pipes; Execution Of Sanitary Installations, Including Technological Water Installations For The Slides, Sanitary Sewage Systems, Drainage, Heating And Mechanical Ventilation; Execution Of Electrical Installations, Including Basic, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting, Power Supply Installations, Equalizing Connections, Lightning Protection Installations, Power Supply And Control Installations For The Smoke Removal/Ventilation System; Documents Required To Obtain An Occupancy Permit. The Order Should Include, In Particular: Demolition Of The Existing Slide Tower In The Steel Structure, Glazed On Four Sides With A Glass Façade; Demolition Of The Above-Ground Parts Of The Facilities To The Foundation Level; And Securing The Pool Slide Pipe For The Duration Of The Works; Removal, Disposal And Management Of Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works And Activities Necessary To Achieve The Result Specified In The Design Documentation And To Prepare The Facility For The Procedure For Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: Connect The Existing Swimming Pool Building With The Designed Connector In A Way That Ensures The Maintenance Of An Appropriate And Uniform Floor Level Between The Existing And The Newly Designed Part, Without Thresholds, Faults, Local Elevations, Depressions Or Other Irregularities That May Impede The Use Of The Facility Or Pose A Threat To Users; At The Stage Of Preparation Of Works And Implementation Of The Dimensions, Elevations And Conditions Existing At The Point Of Connection Of The Designed Connector With The Swimming Pool Building, And In The Event Of Discrepancies, Collisions Or The Need To Specify Technical Solutions - Immediately Report This Fact To The Ordering Party, The Supervision Inspector And The Designer; Construction Of The Connection Between The Roof Windows/Skylight And The Roof Surface, Taking Into Account All Necessary Treatments, Seals, Wate
