The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Insurance Service Of The Municipal Road And Bridge Authority In Jaworzno In The Scope Of Property Owned And Activities Performed From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028, Divided Into Two Parts Part No. 1: Property And Civil Liability Insurance The Scope Of Insurance Includes: 1) Property Insurance Against All Risks, 2) Insurance Of Electronic Equipment Against All Risks Risks, 3) Insurance Of Construction Machines And Equipment Against All Risks, 4) Insurance Of Accidents For Machine Operators, 5) Civil Liability Insurance. 2. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Specification: Annex No. 1: Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Containing Obligatory Provisions Regarding The Implementation Of All Parts Of The Order And Data For Risk Assessment. Annex No. 1A: Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A List Of Property Declared For Insurance And Obligatory Conditions, As Well As Additional Clauses For Property And Civil Liability Insurance Of The Municipal Road And Bridge Authority In Jaworzno, Regarding Part No. 1 Of The Order. Annex No. 1B: Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A List Of Motor Vehicles And Obligatory Conditions, As Well As Additional Clauses For Insurance Of Motor Vehicles Of The Municipal Road And Bridge Authority In Jaworzno, Regarding Part No. 2 Of The Order. Annex No. 2: The List Of Property Declared For Insurance In The Fixed Sum System Applies To Parts No. 1 And No. 2. 2.1 When Performing The Service, The Contractor Will Cover All Risks And Property Indicated In Annexes No. 1, 1A, 1B, 2 To The Swz, Under The Conditions Specified In The Swz And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer. 2.2 The Maximum Amount Of Integral Deductibles In All Types Of Insurance Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 And No. 1B To The Swz). 2.3 The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of Reduction Deductibles. 2.4 The Premium Will Be Payable In Two Installments For Individual Settlement Periods: - 1St Installment Constituting 100% Of The Annual Premium: Payable Until The Last Day Of The First Month Of The Settlement Period, I.E. January 31, 2027 - 2Nd Installment Constituting 100% Of The Annual Premium: Payable By The Last Day Of The First Month Of The Settlement Period, I.E. By January 31, 2028.2.5 Insurance Policies Will Be Issued For An Annual Period, Consistent With The Order Execution Date.3. In The Case Of Any Insurance And Insurance Documents, Including Those Issued For A Period Shorter Than One Year, The Minimum Policy Premium Will Not Apply.
