The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion On The Eastern Side And Reconstruction Of The Sorting Building Of The Technological Hall As Part Of The Construction Of Waste Management Infrastructure - A Line And A Hall For The Production Of Alternative Fuel Rdf From Waste Segregation Residues In The Municipal Installation. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: 1) Technical Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 2) Fire Safety Expertise Approved By The Provincial Commander Of The State Fire Service, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 3) In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That On The Premises Of The Waste Management Plant Mzc Sp. Z O. O. The Waste Processing Line Is Currently Being Expanded In Włodawa And Control, Monitoring And Fire Protection Systems Are Being Introduced.4. The Ordering Party Informs That Zakład Zadrożowania Odpadów Mzc Sp. Z O. O. In Włodawa Operates On The Basis Of A Fire Safety Report Approved By The Provincial Commander Of The State Fire Service And All Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With This Document, Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires That The Execution Of The Order In The Scope Of General Construction Works And Installation And Assembly Works Throughout The Duration Of The Contract By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.6. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility For The Contractor To Visit The Site Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Zakład Zadrożowania Odpadów Sp. Z O. O. In Włodawa, Ul. Komunalna 22 And Its Surroundings, As Well As Obtaining, At Your Own Risk And Responsibility, Any Additional Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer, Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order. The Costs Of The On-Site Inspection Will Be Borne By The Contractor. The Contractors On-Site Visit Is Not A Mandatory Condition For Participating In The Proceedings. The Ordering Party Allows For An On-Site Inspection At The Contractors Request. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 8. If The Swz Part Indicates A Trademark, Patent, Origin Of The Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Standards, European Technical Assessments And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documentation And Are Consistent In Terms Of: Dimensions And Structure (Size, Type, Physical Properties, Number Of Components), Functional
