The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For The Expansion Of District Roads Described In Individual Parts Of The Order, Along With Obtaining A Zrid Decision For And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Implement The Investment Both In Formal, Legal And Technical Terms.2. Part No. 1 Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Expansion Of District Road No. 4621P On The Michałów Drugi - Marchwacz Section, Including The Construction Of A 760 M Long Pedestrian Road Along With Obtaining A Zrid Decision. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Road Expansion Concept Included In Annex No. 16 To The Swz. As Part Of Part No. 1, The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Obtaining Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation - A Road With A Length Of 0.760 Km (Geodetic Base Necessary To Develop Design Documentation), 2) Development Of Real Estate Division Projects Along With The Identification Of Real Estate Or Parts Thereof That Are Planned To Be Taken Over Or Whose Use Will Be Limited, 3) Development Of A Construction Design (5 Copies For The Ordering Party), 4) Preparation Of A Technical Design (5 Copies For The Ordering Party), 5) Health And Safety Plan (5 Copies For The Ordering Party),6) Development Of Necessary Projects To Remove Conflicts With Devices Resulting From The Concept Included In Annex No. 16 To The Swz, (Each Project In 5 Copies For The Ordering Party),7) Preparation Of A List Of Construction Works To Be Performed Along With Their Description And Valuation (Bill Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimate, Offer Cost Estimate) (1 Copy For The Ordering Party),8) Preparation Of Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (1 Copy For The Ordering Party),9) Developing A Project Of The Target Traffic Organization (3 Copies Of The Approved Por For The Ordering Party),10) Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Permits, Approvals And Decisions,11) Developing The Required Analyses, Maps For The Development Of Technical Documentation And Maps And Analyzes Constituting An Attachment To The Application For Issuing A Zrid Decision,12) Obtaining A Zrid Decision For The Ordering Party,13) Preparing All Documents And Projects In An Editable Electronic Version (Doc, Xls, Dwg Formats, Ath) And Non-Editable (Pdf Formats) In 1 Copy On A Cd/Dvd,14) Ensuring Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Works Covered By The Developed Design Documentation.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of Each Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Appoint A Designer With Construction Licenses To Design In The Road Specialty, And Will Also Ensure That The Design Documentation Is Developed And Checked For Compliance With Regulations, Including Technical And Construction Regulations, By Persons With The Required Construction Licenses To Design In Appropriate Specialties, Resulting From The Scope O
