1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction And Modernization Of Hospital Rooms Located On The Ground Floor In Building C Of The Independent Public Clinical Hospital. Prof. W. Orłowskiego Ckmp Located At Ul. Czerniakowska 231 In Warsaw.2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Rooms Of The Specialist Outpatient Clinic Located On The Ground Floor In Building C Of The Independent Public Clinical Hospital. Prof. W. Orłowski Ckmp. The Scope Of Modernization And Reconstruction Includes Approximately 33 Specialist Clinics (Examination Rooms And Treatment Rooms). In The Entrance Hall, A Spacious Registration Desk Has Been Designed For Five Stands, Including Two Stands Adapted For Disabled People. There Is Also A Modern Patio With An Outdoor Waiting Room Next To The Hall. The Basis For The Renovation Works Is The Design Documentation Prepared By The Company 4Idea Karol Sitarski Based In Kielce. The Main Goal Of The Ground Floor Renovation Is To Raise The Standards Of Patient Admission To The Clinics Offices, With Maximum Use Of The Clinics Space And To Create Appropriate Conditions For Patient Reception By Equipping The Rooms With Ventilation Systems With Full Air Conditioning. The Project In This Area Envisages The Installation Of Ventilation Units On The Roof And The Supply Of Air Through Ventilation Ducts Including The First, Second, Third And Fourth Floors. In Addition To The Above-Mentioned Purposes, The Renovation Is To Create Safe Conditions For The Use Of The Building By Adapting It To Applicable Fire Protection Regulations. Dividing Them Into Fire Zones And Securing Them Appropriately, Installing A New Fire Alarm System (Ssp), Public Address System (Dso). During The Renovation, Water Supply And Sewage Installations Will Be Replaced With New Ones And Constructed For A New Functional System, Running Through The Lower Floors And Incorporated Into The Existing System On The Basement And First Floor Levels, As Well As Electrical And Telecommunications Installations. In Terms Of Electrical Installations, New Ground Floor Power Supply Lines Are Connected From The Switchboards Located In The Basement, And The Ground Floor Division Of The Installation Into Primary And Reserve Power Supply Circuits. Replacing The Lighting With Energy-Saving Ones With Time And Power Control Of Its Intensity. As Part Of The Renovation, It Is Planned To Replace All Floor Coverings, Walls And Ceilings, As Well As Equipping With New Equipment And Furniture According To The Design.
