The Scope Of Thermal Modernization Works Of The Building Includes: - Insulation Of External Walls With Polystyrene And Mineral Wool, - Insulation Of The Flat Roof With Polystyrene, - Replacement Of Window Joinery With Pvc Joinery, - Installation Of Window Sills, - Implementation Of Mineral Plasters, - Installation Gutters And Downspouts, - Providing Moisture-Proof Insulation, - Covering The Flat Roof With Thermally Weldable Felt.2. The Scope Of Installation Works Regarding Electrical Installations Includes: A) Modification Of The Following Installations: - Expansion Of The Main Switchgear B) Construction Of The Following Installations: - Construction Of Local Electrical Switchboards, - Construction Of An Lv Rk Switchgear, - Construction Of An Lv Rf-Dc Switchgear, - Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation Located On The Roof Of The Building Along With Accompanying Devices, - Construction Of Electrical Installations, - Construction Of Equalizing Connections, - Construction Of Grounding Installations And Equalizing Connections.3. The Modernization Of The Heat Source Includes The Installation Of High-Temperature Air-Water Heat Pumps In The Existing Oil Boiler Room For The Primary School Building In Psary. The Scope Of Works Includes All Basic Activities Involved In The Implementation Of Heat Pump Installations And Related Water And Sewage And Central Heating Installations. And Ventilation, Their Infrastructure, As Well As Temporary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of These Installations.4. The Order Also Includes Works To Adapt The Building To Current Fire Protection Regulations. In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Design Documentation, The Entry In The Documentation Regarding Adaptation To Fire Safety Regulations Shall Prevail.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex 11 To The Swz.
