Tenders Are Invited For Transporting Students To Educational Institutions Managed By The Nidzica Commune And Caring For Them In The 2026/2027 School Year

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Student Transport Services And The Provision Of Care.2. The Transport Will Be Used By Students Of Kindergarten Classes At Primary Schools And Primary School Students. 3. The Service Will Be Provided On School Days According To The Bus Timetable Established By The Contractor In Consultation With School Principals, Which Will Be Adapted To The Schools Lesson Plans. The Final Decision On The Detailed Timetable For Transporting And Dropping Off Students Rests With The Directors Of Individual Institutions.4. By August 4, 2026, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Permit For Regular Road Transport On Individual Routes.5. Students May Only Be Transported By Means Of Transport That Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And Other Regulations Related To The Transport Of Persons, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended) And The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490, As Amended).6. The Contractor Assumes Responsibility For Compensating For Damages Resulting From Accidents Or Any Type Of Events Occurring During The Performance Of The Service.7. The Entity That Will Implement The Subject Of The Order Will Be Obliged To Provide An Appropriate Number Of Means Of Transport With An Appropriate Number Of Seats Adapted To The Number Of Transported Students. In The Event Of Submitting Offers For More Than One Part Of The Order, The Contractor Must Have An Appropriate Number Of Vehicles, I.E. One Vehicle May Serve Only One Route Within A Given Part Of The Order.8. The Term Transport Service Means The Safe Transportation Of Children From Their Place Of Residence To School And Transport From School To Their Place Of Residence, I.E. Children Are Boarded And Disembarked At The Applicable Transport Stops Located Closest To The Students Place Of Residence In A Given Town And Closest To The School The Student Attends. The Bus Driver Cannot Be The Guardian Of Students. The Bus Guardian Is Responsible For Transported Students From The Moment The Students Board The Bus At The Bus Stop In Their Town Or Pick Them Up From The School Club. Parents/Legal Guardians Are Responsible For The Safety Of Students Boarding The Bus And Returning Home After Being Transported To Their Hometown.
