1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Dairy Products For The Needs Of The Hospital Kitchen And Small Catering Of The Małopolska Hospital For Lung Diseases And Rehabilitation. Edmund Wojtyła In Jaroszowiec.2) The Quality Of The Raw Material Received Must Meet Commercial Standards And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.3) The Contractor Must Operate In Accordance With The Current Requirements Of Food Law And Comply With The Principles Of Good Hygiene And Manufacturing Practice. 4) The Method Of Delivery And The Delivered Food Must Comply With The Requirements Of Food Law, Including: A. Any Implementing Acts In Force In The Scope Not Regulated In Regulation 853/2004.5) The Contractor Will Deliver Continuously Task No. 1 - Dairy: 3-5 Times A Week From Monday To Friday Until 5:30 A.M. - With Delivery And Delivery To The Ordering Partys Food Warehouse And Quantitative And Qualitative Verification In The Presence Of The Representatives Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party, 6) The Delivered Assortment Should Be Consistent With The Order.7) Deliveries Will Be Made By The Contractors Own Transport, At Its Expense And Risk, Ex-Ordering Partys Food Warehouse. 8) At The Ordering Partys Request, With Each Delivery, The Contractor Will Make The Following Documents Available To The Ordering Party For Inspection: Approval Of The Means Of Transport By Ppis For The Transport Of Food, Current Drivers Health Card, Confirmation Of Washing And Disinfection Of The Vehicle In Which Food Is Transported, Confirmation Of Maintaining The Cold Chain - Temperature Records From The Transport Chamber. 9) The Contractor Assumes Responsibility For Deficiencies And Defects Occurring During The Transport Of The Products And Bears All Legal Consequences Therefor. 10) The Contractor Declares That The Delivered Assortment Is Approved For Trading, Free From Qualitative And Quantitative Defects And Of Good Quality. 11) Deliveries Will Be Made By The Contractors Own Transport, At His Expense And Risk.
