The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Replacement Of 4 Sets Of Power Modules In Four Ups Power Supplies From Delta Electronics, Two Types, A Total Of 19 Power Modules In The Construction Facility Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Administration At Ul. Domaniewska 36/38 In Warsaw, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Agreement (Annex No. 1 To The Swz), Hereinafter Referred To As Opz.2. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1, Also Includes Providing The Manufacturers Warranty For The Delivered Devices, Referred To In § 6 Of The Draft Agreement.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Draft Agreement, Including Opz, And The Contractors Offer.
