The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Brand New Consumables For Computer Printers, Multifunction Devices And Fax Machines, Hereinafter Referred To As Devices, For The Provincial Police Headquarters In Rzeszów.2. A Detailed Description Of The Ordering Partys Needs Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Offer Form.3. The Ordering Party Informs That It Allows The Submission Of Offers For Consumables Of Equivalent Quality And Meeting Equivalent Parameters.4. The Term Original Consumables Is Understood By The Ordering Party As Materials Produced Exclusively By Manufacturers Of Devices Listed In Annex No. 2 To Swz.5. By Equivalent Product, The Ordering Party Understands A Product Offered By Other Manufacturers Of Consumables, Compatible With The Device For Which It Is Ordered, With The Same Or Better Parameters (Ink/Toner Capacity, Efficiency And Print Quality) In Relation To The Original Product Manufactured By The Device Manufacturer.6. The Term Factory New Means Products Made Of New Elements Without Traces Of Use Or Damage, Not Regenerated (Which Have Been Filled With Printing Agent Without Replacing Wearing Parts), In The Manufacturers Original Packaging With A Visible Logo, Product Symbol And Expiration Date, With All Tightness Protection For Toner Tanks. Compatible And Recognizable By Printing Devices With The Same Or Better Parameters Than The Original Product.7. The Ordering Party Allows The Subject Of The Order To Include Refabricated/Reproduced Materials, Which Means Consumables Manufactured Using Used Original Oem Containers (Excluding Moving Elements), From Which Full-Value Plastic Or Metal Materials Enriched With Brand New Elements Were Selected, Such As: Photosensitive Drums, Rollers, Powders, Chips, Seals.
