Tenders Are Invited For Family Academy - Away Training To Improve Parenting Skills As Part Of The Family Support Center Project - Cwr I

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize And Conduct Five Three-Day Away Training Courses To Improve Parenting Skills. The Trips Will Be Attended By People/Families Benefiting From The Support Of Mopr, Experiencing Care And Educational Problems Or In Crisis, Being Participants Of The Family Support Center Project - Cwr I, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 Program. The Ordering Party Requires That Each Of The Three-Day Away Training Sessions Take Place On A Different Date And In A Manner Regulated In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex A To The Specification (Swz).3. The General Principles And Method Of Order Execution Are Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Specification (Swz).4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Under An Employment Relationship (Article 95 Of The Public Procurement Law) All Persons Who Will Perform Administrative And Office Work Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. Above The Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Above. Works, Collaborators Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 13 October 1998 On The Social Security System, As Well As Incumbent Members Of The Contractors Management Or Supervisory Bodies, Partners In A General Partnership Or Partnership Or Trainers/Guardians/Caregivers/Coordinators Of The Service To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform The Service For The Ordering Party Or The Contractor. The Above Applies Accordingly To Subcontractors. Determining The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of These People, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These People And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions.5. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Procedure Into Parts. Reasons For Not Dividing The Procedure Into Parts: 1) The Contract Covered By This Procedure Is Fully Available To Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises, As Indicated By Its Estimated Value Expressed In Pln, Which Is Less Than The Equivalent Of Eur 750,000. Moreover, The Terms Of The Order And The Requirements Towards The Contractor Were Specified In The Procedure At A Minimum Level; 2) The Subject Of The Order Concerns Homogeneous Services That Do Not Require Specific Knowledge Or Involvement Of Contractors Of Various Industries And Specializations, I.E. It Is Not Addressed To Several Specialized Sme Sectors, Which Could Constitute The Basis For Considering Dividing The Order Into Several Parts. Dividing This Order Into Parts Is Inappropriate Due To The Subject Matter Of The Order, Which Is A Uniform And Coherent Whole.
