Wyspiańskiego 6 And Areas Adjacent To The Buildings, As Well As Monitoring Using The Video Monitoring System Of The Buildings Of The District Office In Mielec At Ul. Wyspiańskiego 6 And Sękowskiego 2B, Together With The Adjacent Sensory Park Located At The Intersection Of Sękowskiego And Lelewela Streets, As Well As The Health Clinic In Mielec No. 4 And The Health Clinic In Mielec No. 5 And The Health Clinic No. 2 In Mielec (After Installing Monitoring). 1.2. Task No. 5: Ensuring The Readiness And Intervention Of The Intervention Patrol In The Event Of An Attack Or Threat In The Buildings At Ul. Wyspiańskiego 6 And Ul. Sękowskiego 2B. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex 4 To The Swz - Draft Contract (Draft Main Contract).4. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, All Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Providing Physical Security Services For Buildings, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277). The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These Persons And The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These Persons And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
