Tenders Are Invited For Preparing Draft Decisions On Development Conditions, Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Their Changes For Parts Of The Tczew Commune In The Second Half Of 2026.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation By The Contractor Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments, As Well As Their Changes For Parts Of The Tczew Commune, In Accordance With The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538) And Specific Regulations, Together With An Analysis Of The Functions And Features Of Buildings And Land Development In The Field Conditions Referred To In The Above-Mentioned The Act And In The Applicable Regulations In The Area Administered By The Tczew Commune In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From July 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026.1.1 The Ordering Party Envisages The Implementation Of: Approximately 300 Draft Decisions On Development Conditions, Approximately 30 Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment Together With An Urban Planning And Formal And Legal Analysis, And Approximately 20 Pcs. Draft Decisions On Changing The Decision. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Planned Number Of Draft Decisions Is An Indicative Value, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In The Event Of Ordering A Smaller Number Of Studies. Draft Decisions Will Be Prepared On The Basis Of Orders Submitted By The Ordering Party. To Implement The Draft Decisions, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With At Least: A Complete Application For Issuing A Decision And Other Materials In The Possession Of The Commune, Affecting The Findings Contained In The Draft Decision, The Applicable Study Of Conditions And Directions Of Spatial Development Of The Tczew Commune Along With Its Amendment/General Plan Of The Tczew Commune (After Adoption), The Commune Register Of Monuments, Data From The Land Register And Other Data Resulting From The Complexity Of The Case.1.2 The Estimated Number Of Draft Decisions During The Period Of Service Provision Are Given In Point 1.1 Above And In The Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz. These May Change Depending On The Applications Actually Submitted. The Ordering Of Individual Services Will Depend On The Written Instruction Of The Ordering Party. The Order May Be Transferred To The Contractor By Post, E-Mail Or We Transfer. The Contractor Undertakes To Confirm Acceptance Of The Application. Acceptance Of An Order From The Ordering Party Means Providing The Contractor With Complete Materials By Post Or E-Mail Or We Transfer By A Person Authorized To Transmit Orders (The Ordering Partys Representative). The Estimated Numbers Of Draft Decisions Given In The Price Form That Should Be Accepted For Calculating The Offer Price Are Only Intended To Provide An Approximate Indication Of The Size Of The Subject Of The Order. The Number Of Draft Decisions May Change, But The Ordering Party Is Able To Guarantee A Minimum Of 15% Of The Estimated Number Of Draft Decisions
