The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of A Section Of Wolności Street Along With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions And Permits Required By Law To Allow The Implementation Of Construction Works.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Two (2) Tasks: 1) Task I - Reconstruction Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Infrastructure: A) Reconstruction Of The Existing Sidewalk Into A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Along Wolności Street On The Section From Ul. Ludowa To Ul. Junaków Towards Cieplice - Length Approx. 1.19 Km. B) Reconstruction Of The Existing Sidewalk Along Ul. Wolności On The Section From Ul. Junaków To Ul. Cincials For A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Towards The Center - Length Approx. 1.36 Km. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: Sustainable Urban Mobility In The Jelenia Góra Agglomeration No. Fenx.03.01-Ip.02-0021/24, Measure Fenx.03.01 Urban Transport, Priority Fenx.03 Urban Transport Of The European Funds Program Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027, As Part Of The Project Titled: Bicycle Paths In The City Of Jelenia Góra.2) Task Ii - Renovation Of The Road Surface Of Ul. Wolności On The Section From Ul. Nadbrzeżna To Ul. Junaków In Jelenia Góra. The Scope Of Work Covered By The Task Concerns Surface Damage Caused By The Flood In September 2024.
