1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment And Furniture For The Nursery Building At Ul. Ogrodowa In Brusy As Part Of The Task Entitled Creation Of 63 New Care Places For Children Up To 3 Years Old In The Nursery In Brusy, Ul. Armii Krajowej 1, 89-632 Brusy Co-Financed Under The Program For The Development Of Care Institutions For Children Up To 3 Years Old Maluch+ 2022-2029, Co-Financed By The National Plan For Reconstruction And Increasing Resilience As Part Of The A4.2.1 Investment. Mon. Support For Co-Financing Programs For Care Facilities For Children 0-3 Years Old (Nurseries, Childrens Clubs) Under Maluch+, A61g Indicator. Creation Of New Places In Care Facilities (Nurseries, Childrens Clubs) For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age. 2. The Order Includes The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment And Furniture In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Contractor Undertakes To:1) Sell, Deliver And Install (If The Method Of Use Requires Assembly):2) Train Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Use Of The Supplied Equipment And Furniture.4. The Equipment And Furniture Must Be Brand New And Have Certificates And Necessary Documents Required By Law To Enable Safe Work And Operation.5. The Contractor Will Prepare, Prepare And Submit In A Permanently Bound Form All Documents Relating To The Completed Subject Of The Order, In Particular: 1) Instructions (In Polish) For The Use Of Equipment And Furniture, 2) Warranty Documents Along With The Warranty Conditions Of All The Supplied Equipment And Furniture, 3) Documents Confirming The Quality Of The Materials Used To Make The Subject Of The Order, 4) Other Documents Collected During The Execution Of The Order And Relating To Its Implementation, 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Mark And Secure The Assembly Sites, Ensure Proper Law And Order And Carry Out Assembly Works In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Requirements, As Well As Environmental Protection Regulations.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Bear Liability (Including Financial Liability) For Damage Occurring In The Area Of ​​Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Which Is Causally Related To The Works Carried Out By The Contractor.8. The Contractor Will Guarantee Free Transport Of The Ordered Equipment And Furniture To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Unloading, Bringing In The Equipment And Assembly.9. The Contractor Undertakes To Dispose Of Unnecessary Packaging, Boxes, Etc. After The Delivered Equipment.
