Tenders Are Invited For Providing Training, Animation And Consultation Services For Participants Of Multi-Day Therapeutic Stays Organized By The Regional Center For Social Policy In Krakow

Part I Of The Order Includes The Organization Of A 4-Day Therapeutic, Support And Training Session For Foster Families From Małopolska As Part Of The Family First Project Co-Financed By The European Union Under The Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program.1) The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Providing Trainers Conducting Training Classes For Guardians (Foster Parents) In The Following Thematic Areas: Suicidal Behavior Among Children And Adolescents – Prevention, Diagnosis And Professional Help” (8 Teaching Hours), Psychosocial Development Of Children And Adolescents In The Face Of Threats Occurring On The Internet (8 Teaching Hours), Supporting The Parent/Guardians Own Resources (4 Teaching Hours). B) Providing 4 Trainers Conducting Classes For Children, I.E. Sensory Integration, Sociotherapy, Recreational And Sports Activities And Aquatherapy At The Swimming Pool. Providing A Lifeguard During Classes At The Swimming Pool Is The Responsibility Of The Administrator Of The Facility Where The Stay Will Be Held.C) Providing 4 Caregivers Supporting Trainers During Classes In Individual Groups And An Additional Caregiver Supporting During Aquatherapy Classes At The Pool.D) Providing 4 Animators During Each Integration Meeting.E) Providing A Trainer Conducting Recreational Open Classes.F) Providing 2 Caregivers Supporting During Recreational Open Classes.G) Providing Specialists To Provide Services In The Form Of Individual Consultations. Consultations Will Be Conducted By Trainers Conducting The Training Indicated In Point. A).H) Providing Specialized Equipment Necessary To Conduct All Classes, In Particular Teaching Aids And Props.I) Development Of Teaching Materials For Classes.2) Participants: Participants Of The Therapeutic, Supportive And Training Session Will Be Guardians Of Children Staying In Foster Families (Including Professional Specialists), Their Own Children And Children Staying In Foster Care. The Total Number Of Participants Is A Maximum Of 55 People, Including Approximately: 15 Adults And Approximately 40 Children/Wards.
