Tenders are invited for Supply of Stitched and Completed Uniforms for The Officers and Employees In the Service of Pradeshiya Sabha. Bid Document Fee (Non Refundable) Rs. 1000.00 Value of Bid Security (Refundable) Rs. 30,000.00 Bid documents will be issued by the Accounts Division on working days from 25.05.2026 up to 2.00 p.m. on 11.06.2026 and the bid documents may be obtained on submission of the receipt obtained from the Shroff Division upon payment of the bid document fee. Bid documents may be inspected at the Accounts Division of the Head Office from 25.05.2026 until 08.06.2026. Bid security may either be sent by an Unconditional Bank Guarantee for the value of Rs. 30000.00 drawn in favour of "Chairman, Homagama Pradeshiya Sabha" valid from 08.06.2026 until 25.07.2026 obtained from a commercial bank recognized in Sri Lanka or that amount may be paid in cash to the Shroff and the receipt obtained may be sent with the bid. When submitting bids, bids should be prepared in duplicate as Original and Duplicate and inserted in separate covers, sealed and both covers should be reinstered in a single sealed cover and submittd. On the left top corner of the envelope containing the bid the caption "Quotations for the Supply of Employees Uniforms 2026" should be mentioned. Perfected bids may either be sent by registered post addressed to "Chairman, Homagama Pradeshiya Sabha, or deposited in the Tender Box kept in the Room of the Secretary at the Head Office of the Pradeshiya Sabha to receive before 2.00 p.m. on 08.06.2026.
