The Centers Head Office is located in Amman. www.srd.edu.jo SRD Center is preparing a proposal for a final evaluation of a project related to persons with disabilities and injuries within the Syrian population affected by the crisis. The evaluation will take place in Jordan and Iraqi Kurdistan, and Syria in a remote manner. SRD requires an international consultant with experience in post-project evaluation, data collection, and surveys, and with experience in projects related to empowering persons with disabilities. The role includes about 25 days of fieldwork from October 2016 (tentative). Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years experience in projects related to empowering persons with disabilities. Demonstrate experience in post-project evaluation, data collection and surveys activity. Demonstrate knowledge and previous experience in working in Jordan, Iraqi Kurdistan, or Syria. Proven capacity in conducting research at the national and sub-national level, including capacity to manage, analyze, and interpret large sets of collected data and produce quality reports. In-depth knowledge of education projects programming, gender-related dynamics. English language is a must, and Arabic language capability is asset. Excellent writing and reporting skills.
